Michael Holm

Michael is the Executive Chairman of Balmain NB Corporation Limited. He is also a director of Balmain Fund Administration Limited (AFS Licence 333213) which is the Responsible Entity of the Balmain Discrete Mortgage Income Trusts (ARSN 155 909 176) and Australian Commercial Mortgage Corporation Limited which is the trustee of the Balmain Opportunity Trust. He is also the director of AMAL Asset Management Limited, Metro Finance Pty Ltd, Mitchcap Pty Ltd & Wave Money Pty Ltd. Michael is a senior member of credit and risk committees for each active Balmain lending business.

Michael had established Balmain in an office at 147 Darling Street, Balmain in 1979 . Over 40+ years the company has grown to become a broad-based financial services company specialising in originating and funding commercial loans to Australian borrowers. Balmain’s client base is predominately self-employed borrowers and investors with the company specialising in fuding solutions for Australian business. The company originates loans via Australia’s largest and longest established commercial origination network which is wholly owned by Balmain and operates through a network of offices on the East Coast of Australia
