Subject to your eligibility to invest in specific classes of units, you must read the respective Information Memorandum prior to making your subscription.
Balmain Eagle Series
The Balmain Eagle Series is available for investment by existing BOT investors.
Founder Units
Founder units are those issued to the original founding investors in BOT (as at March 2018). If you believe that you may qualify to be a Founder investor, please contact the Balmain Investment Team.
1. Complete the online application form
Please read the information below carefully. The information you need to provide to complete the application form is different for each account type as outlined below.

Information Required
- Name and Type of trust (e.g. SMSF, Family Trust)
- Date of Trust Deed
- ABN (if applicable)
- Tax File Number
- Individual Trustees: Name, date of birth and residential address for each individual
- Corporate Trustees: Company details (See requirements for Company)
- Bank Account Details (for distribution payments)
Certified Documents Required
A certified copy of the Trust Deed is required for all trusts.
Alternatively, call us with the details of your SMSF administrator and we will source the necessary documents on your behalf.

- Drivers licence number (if applicable)
- Tax File Number
- Bank Account Details (for distribution payments)

When you begin the application form, you will receive an email containing a 'continue link', enabling you to save and continue your progress at any point. The email also contains a unique 'completion pin' which you will need in order to submit your completed application form.
Transfer your initial investment amount
The minimum initial investment into the Trust is $250,000.
Once your application is complete, you will be sent payment instructions, together with a specific payment reference to identify your payment. You can transfer your application monies via BPAY, EFT or pay by Cheque.
This BOT website is continually being updated with relevant performance data and monthly newsletters. Once an Investor, you are able to access your investment data via a 2-factor login Investor Control Console (ICC). Your ICC provides both historical data, live reporting and operational PDF's all designed to enhance your BOT experience.
