In requesting a copy of the SUPPIM you agree not to disclose the Confidential Information to anyone, except for your professional advisors and to ensure all Confidential Information is protected with security measures and a degree of care. Your agreement to not disclose the Confidential Information continues until 12 months after the loan is repaid in full.
